Trainings
The Lexia LETRS® (Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling) Suite is comprehensive professional learning designed to provide early childhood and elementary educators and administrators with deep knowledge to be literacy and language experts in the science of reading.
Spalding combines an educational philosophy with a methodology consisting of time-tested principles of learning and instruction that are applied across the curricula. Diagnostic instruction means that during this daily interaction, teachers carefully observe each student’s progress and differentiate instruction to meet individual needs. They identify children who understand the model, those who will need extra help in small groups, and those who will need challenges.
This systematic, explicit instruction program delivers the right skills, in the right order, to help older students who have long struggled at the word level.
Rewards Program
The REWARDS® family is a powerful research-based, short-term, and specialized program for adolescent students in grades 4–12 who struggle reading long, multisyllabic words and comprehending content-area text. With explicit, systemic, teacher-led instruction, this intervention gives students new skills to unlock grade-level content-area text.
